I went to this store on a Tuesday night. There weren't any other customers which was nice. A nice young lady helped me (Vanessa) and she was very pleasant and talkative. *Probably because we are both having destination weddings*
I went in looking for a particular dress. I found it and tried it and several others on. Thier dresses have been tried on multiple times and don't really look like they're in the best of shape. However, this stores prices were better than others I had been to - for certain items.
All in all, I had a good experience. I'm not a picky person and wasn't looking for specifics (except the one dress I had seen before).
Just give it a chance, maybe you'll be impressed and maybe not.
