I had a really bad experience with a rude teller at the O'Fallon location. I was very shocked at how the employee spoke to me and how I was treated. I received a sincere apology from the bank manager after I had left a message for her about the situation. A couple of weeks later I went to the Fairview Heights location and was so impressed! Linda went above and beyond her duties and made my day!
