I wrote a review when I was there last April after a change in staff. I can no longer find my review so I wanted to post again. I was a return customer and the heavy set blonde women was rude. I was practically in tears. It was most unfotunte as my experiences before last year were wonderful. I have spread the word and I see others were treatly horribly too. Go elsewhere.
