Koko knows our names, knows our cars, offers reasonable prices for his work and has great turnaround time (rarely has a repair taken more than 8 hours to complete).
There have even been times when Hi-Tech has thrown in a repair or two at no cost -- such as fixing my car's broken side mirror or patching a punctured tire.
I wouldn't go anywhere else when automotive problems crop up, as they always do.
