Valentines day disaster. Ordered a few days in advance. They sent 1dz Roses to the wrong location. They admitted this happened a few times before. When asked for refund (6 hours after delivery time) they gave it, but not after rudely holding me for a few minutes to contact driver & make sure I didn't steal something I didn't receive! Delivery is pricey. more
