Very helpful. Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Very Artistic, I love the art work all over. I had a nostril piercing. It was done with a lot of care. I actually pulled it out by accident a week later, panicking,(they close very fast if pulled out before healing time) I called Dreamline and I was reassured it would be ok by a very caring staff member I forgot her name because I was panicking. Anyway, They told me come back and had to kind of re pierced it.
