Dear Mr. Pinzok, I want to take this opportunity to tell you that Kim Dlugas, my Service Advisor at Bianchi, has always provided an exceptional "Honda experience" every time I have been in with my Element. Kim's professionalism and knowledge is amazing and together with your excellent Service Department, I know that my car is in good hands. My car was a gift from my daughter who has been a loyal Honda person for many years. My Element is my first Honda, and the people at Bianchi Honda have certainly made the experience as good as my daughter said it would be! Thank you, Karol Tomczak
