Good: Price is a little high, but what isn't now a days?
Chicken is great! chicken strips (spicy & regular are so yummy! WE LOVE EZELL!!! I have also read some stories about how his in-laws have used him and conned him, and it makes me sick... God bless you Ezell!. Bad: Sometimes the staff is friendly and quick, othertimes, the staff has blank expressions on there face and act like they really don't give a damn if you are there or not.. Improvements: Frendlier staff, consistantly good cooks, same portion size all the time.. Other: I have seen other comments on here about how terrible this place is, and one actually stateing there was a "portly woman eating chicken while working"- I think these reviews are rediculous and probably making things seem worse cus they had a long day. myself, or my family has never had to wait 30 minutes for an order, the food is always good, 2 theperson that was comparing Ezzell's chicken to the QFC, that was rediculous,The food is fresh= you must give them time. Ps- QFC chicken sits around 4 hours!!!!.
