Bad: over charged. lack of hones tcommunication which resulted in huge bill. They came without the part (which I thought they would bring) and then charged for 1 + 1/2 hours shopping, although 2 hardware stores were 5 mins. away and another was 10 mins. away. Then putzed around so that the bill was so high I felt like a chump. The owner was supposed to call me about the over billing and that never happened. I definitely was had and learned not to trust businesses that use BBB and angies list endorsements. Improvements: ethical busness practices like they have a conscience.. Other: I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone..
