Owner has been nothing but helpful, generous and caring. Don't understand the other reviews...I had to exchanged some dried chicken treats as my dog was choking on them. Not because of the product, but because he ate them too quickly without chewing enough. He took them back no questions with a full refund. I don't shop anywhere else! Happy with their Organic Raw Diet foods and their discounts. Healthy food for pets, as well as humans, costs more. You get what you pay for...and they have products made in the USA and not JUST China! :) Try it!
