Had to give BB one star because no stars is not an option. Their sales staff will walk by you and never ask if you need help. They go out of their way to avoid helping you. Exasperating and frustrating. In order to get service, you have to be rude and demanding. Not my style but will become my style at BB. Tried to buy an IPhone. I've made 4 trips and haven't gotten anyone to help me yet. Guess I'll go to the Apple Store or Verizon. Bet they want my business.
