I went to Scissors today for the first time to get a mani/pedi for my wedding on Sat. The polish top coat has many bubbles in it and looks terrible. I spoke with the owner and she "does not give refunds on services" and she didn't offer an apology. She offered they could do my nails again which was not a reasonable solution to me given that I have no reason to expect that they would come out any better. Chances are they'd still look terrible and I'd waste more time. Instead, I'll go to another place for a polish change tomorrow, the day before my wedding; pay more money, and be even more crunched on time. I do not recommend this salon for both its poor quality and customer service.
