I recently went to the dealership for some warranty work and was back in the shop two days later for another issue. It turned out to be an issue with the air filter enclosure not being "snapped" in place properly. The service tech said it could have been them or me because I get my service done there regularly (and it could have been when they were doing a regular check-up). Without argument, speculation or blame, Lithia took care of my problem free of charge and on a drop-in. There is little question who will have my business from here forward.
