The grumpy woman behind the desk acted like she was doing me a favor by answering my questions. All her answers came from a manual on the desk and another employee working in the back room. I wanted to replace my factory speakers, from previous research I knew my front speakers were component speakers and she tried to sell me normal speakers. You could tell she had no interest in giving me options or actually getting the best sound, only to get my money and get me out. They wanted over $250 to sell and install 4 phoenix gold 6.5s. Personally I would never go back.
