What a pleasant surprise! They took down some information right away, and I didn't have to wait more than five minutes before someone came out to look at the car. The person we talked to was Dave, and he was great to deal with. He could have told me anything and overcharged, but instead advised against the most expensive fix, and recommending buffing the scratches out followed by another procedure I've already forgotten the name of, fixed everything same afternoon, washed the car to boot, and did not even charge for it. I would bring my car back again and would recommend them to anyone.
