Good: The convenience of being able to get all basic motor fluid and filter services along with a range of washes and detailing for your ride.. Bad: I have been going there for five years and since the mgmt/ownership changed, the service has dropped off on the detailing portion of their work. Very disappointed as this is where you make a difference from being a corner wash or a great detailing location.... Improvements: Evaluating the service of their finishing handlers I am guessing that the pay is very little because when you tip them before they wipe down your vehicle they then perform a more thorough job in wiping down. Not a stable business plan for hiring if you don't have performance and experience scale for their workers.... Other: Last two times of getting detailing inside the vehicles has been disappointing. Lots of missed areas or gone over but not verified that spots have been removed or informing the customer that the spots might not come out before they leave the vehicle there. Nobody inspects the vehicles before you leave them for any insight of spots/spills or expectations of getting the spots out. Detailing is poor as they don't get in the tight spots - only use towels, no soft brushes or fine lint-free rags..
