Good: Nothing. Bad: Customer support & professionalism, Billing issues & additional extra charges. Improvements: Respect to customers. Other: I always rent car with HERTZ in the past but recently I thought I should give a chance to this small company which is closer to my home. That was the mistake I did and I will never do that mistake again. I rented a van recently and I had a very bad experience with customer support. No professionalism and no good customer support at all. I would never ever recommend to any of my friends in the future and I would want stay away from this agency..
