Took my PERFECTLY FITTING cowboy hat to them to adjust the brim. Huge mistake! It has never fit the same. Somehow he took the oval out, making it more round. Now after wearing it awhile, I get a red mark on my forehead. Never trust your cowboy hat to a korean cowboy store owner. $300.00 hat, ruined.Took it back twice, trying to explain what he'd done. He made a second attempt - without any significant change in the hat. I will NEVER recommend this place. Avoid it at all cost.
