I was treated very well. I originally went to Atchley to test drive a 2010 Ford Escape, which I did. I wasn't planning on making a purchase until early Fall, but I got onnline on the Ford website and "built my own" Escape and found an exact match back at Atchley. I called Atchley and got confirmation that the vehicle was there. It had been on the lot for 2 days at that point. I went up there to look at it. The salesperson allowed me to keep the vehicle overnight to acquaint myself with it and then returned the following day to complete the sale. The whole experience was positive. I am now loving my new 2010 Ford Escape!!!
