Good: Dr. Wagner is friendly and concerned.. Bad: Office is always jammed up and a visit with the physician is rushed and confused. When Wagner was on vacation, I was forced to see Dr Jantzen and he was hostile and very unhelpful. I had to see him to get meds that Dr Wagner forgot to update, and was met with hostile indifference. Told me the office saw 5,000 patients and my pain was not that important. Said it was not his fault that my doctor was on vacation and I was just being unpleasant. My pain was very unimportant to him and I could just "go away". Improvements: more concern with alleviating pain. after all..who would go to the doctor if it were not for pain? not many......... Other: Dr. Jantzen was a horrible experience and I will never go there if I have to see him instead of Wagner. I am considering going somewhere else from now on.
