Good: Pros- I think that Steve Poltun makes an attempt to show interest initially in what you want, but it isn't long before you can see that his interest is rather phony and he is irritated easily, too emotional for a business situation and not very professional.. Bad: Cons- He is not punctual, he is not very truthful or forthright, his quality of work is less than average in my estimation, he does not have a very professional appearance for this type of business, I'm not sure he takes his business very seriously and he doesn't seem to have a very stable mental outlook.. Improvements: He needs to be more professional, stop with the tall-tales(it must be hard to be a middle-aged man who appears to be a narcissist), focus on the customer's needs not on your own and stop with the passive-aggressive behavior as it is painfully obvious.. Other: Personally I would not do any type of business with this man again. I found him to be paranoid, petty and mentally unstable. In this economy it is wise to know what type of company you are dealing with. This one is definitely one to take a pass on in my experience..
