I was concerned about where he was planning on living. Receiving a call from him that he had found the perfect apartment at 18th and Chestnut Street in Philadelphhia, I was not so shure. My angst was eleviated in about 10 seconds when I not only saw the apartment, but met with Ms. Alperin to review the lease. We then began an indepth dialogue over my ability to purchase the apartment my son was renting, and from a tax standpoint and even estate planning I was better off buying!!!. Well just a month or so later I have purchased this apartment, and yes my monthly mortgage payment is less than the rent,
