Just got off the phone with Sue. Got the lecture about not being able to even see the area where the dog would stay. This time she blamed it on insurance regulations, (instead of "state law" as in another review). Asked her if she would send her pet somewhere without being shown the facilities, she said "depends on the place". When I said "what if it was a place you didn't know", she was very quiet. Never met her, but impression form the phone was very negative. She basically told me if I didn't like it, go somewhere else.
It would be very convenient for us, but based on some of the reviews, and her unwillingness to show the facilities, we are choosing elsewhere.
