We went to this restaurant, because we had been there before and wished for our parents to try it also. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant, but we were still stuffed into a corner. We had to explicitly ask for the complimentary tea and we could not understand the waitress. The language barrier is not too important here though.
The big one is that the OWNER complained about the tip I left. For good service I do tip 15-20%, but when not satisfied I tip less. The lady got mad at me for not tipping 15%. We will never go back there. Oh, check your tax amount... they round their taxes!! IRS please go pay them a visit!
