Unfortunately I was given no choice by PSEG when they came out to replace a furnace. This company is subcontracted by PSEG! This very unprofessional company canceled my appointment 3 times with a cockamamie excuse on the third cancellation only to then show up 1 1/2 hours late. They left my new furnace, basement, downstairs bathroom sink, and yard covered in debris and not to mention a torn ripped work glove on the basement floor. The severe lack of professionalism amazed me so much that I placed a call to the office asap! When I did call the office several times - I was given fabricated stories by a male dispatcher - who also handled my calls in an inappropriate manner. My calls were NEVER returned by the owner or his office manager - nor was my request for either one to visit my home to view the way the employees left my home and brand new furnace! Lucky me I only got to speak with the male dispatcher who is so far out there and blatantly lies to cover for his employer's whereabouts - for his reason for not returning my calls! I would have to ask myself and asked PSEG Corporate Offices, how can I be sure the job they were hired for was done correctly when clearly this is such a non-professional company from the owner, his office manager, his workers to his male dispatcher! PSEG Corporate thought that was a good question, but didn't have a solution! My solution would be for PSEG to come out and inspect the work left by a company they subcontract out! Why should I think this company would be reliable and professional when clearly the owner is not! HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR OTHERWISE THIS WOULD NOT GO THRU THEY DESERVE NONE!
