Terrible IP service, Terrible customer service

This review is for: Embarq
Speaking from someone, who lives in Willow Spring, the service is terrible. A good deal of the time the latency and Ping are absolutely ridiculously high. Sometimes, it's so bad, you can't even pull up web pages, sometimes, it's just impossible to play any online game. After speaking with the customer service guys several times, they always give the same ole mumbo jumbo, when explaining how to fix the problem(like unplugging everything 1,000 times, will eventually work someday). It usually just takes time and patience , and the latency and ping will get back to a usable degree, but waiting this out can sometimes take days. In the meantime, i'm stuck with terrible internet. This has been a pattern since being with these guys, and if I had an alternative IP to go to, i certainly would, but my options are very limited in my area. There will a span of days where is everything is fine, maybe 2-3 weeks, and then wham,terrible latency and ping, and the wait out process all over again. It's very frustrating. The store people aren't very helpful at all, and usually claim, there "doesn't seem to be an issue"
