So i was really excited to try this place and they were having a $20 mani/pedi special. I got there at 2pm the time of my appointment where no one acknowledged. I made the effort to let someone know and they told me to have a seat. I saw only girl doing nails. After being ignored for 10 minutes someone came over and had me sit in the pedicure seat and soak my feet. My feet soaked for 30 minutes!!!!! finally i said something and the girl doing nails asked me to wait another 10 minutes that someone came late. I dont understand how she could have been 45 minutes behind schedule!! It seemed to me that it wasnt the manicurists and that someone had to have screwed up scheduling. She gave me a mani/pedi in probably 15 minutes. It was so rushed I couldn't even enjoy. She actually did my manicure in the pedicure chair because someone else was waiting for their mani/pedi at her table! It was unreal at this place. Not only all that but when I went to pay they wantd to charge me an extra $5 just to pay with a card. I refused and paid cashed and I felt truly guilty because I didn't have a lot of cash on me and the manicurist got a bad tip because of everyone else! Don't go here not worth the special!!!
