Tanning beds are aweful and overpriced. Bulbs are rarely checked. Honestly, the price for hair highlights/lowlights are even overpriced for the job serviced and for the location. If you are going to charge a $$+ the cut and color should be treated as such. Customer service is lousy as well. Definately can tell these women have never left the area.
