Good: The thorough and high quality of care. Dr. Ty always takes the time to explain in detail what is needed and the reasons for his desitions on how best to handle what is needed.. Bad: I have never been unhappy with Dr. Ty or his staff. Everyone in that office are so professional and at the same time very friendly and make you feel right at home. Improvements: can't think of anything I would change. His hours are even great because if you need an evening appointment his office is open a couple nigths a week until 8pm.. Other: I must say that over the years, before having Dr. Ty for my dentist, when having my teeth cleaned I would need anywhere from 5 to 7 shots of novicane just to have my teeth cleaned and after about a year of his schooling me on how to care for my teeth and his excellant care of me I No Longer need any novicane at all. He's the Best! My dental health has never been so good, and it shows too!.
