I didn't even want to give them one star! The service dept is the worst I have ever been to. They don't know what they are doing & all they want is your money!! They charged me $85 just to put a headlight bulb in!! My parking brake was stuck, they had no clue why but wanted to fix my rear diff. for $400 because that MAY be the problem?? If you have to take your car to a Ford dealership then please try columbus. You and your pockets will be sorry if you don't.
