Clark Properties has managed our condo in Cameron Village for years. They have been VERY responsive to the problems of our renters, whether the AC on an 85 degree day or the refrigerator that failed. Repair or replacement was within one day. Our hardwood floors look as good today as they did six years ago. Clark Properties has carefully chosen responsible renters, who enjoyed living in Cameron Village and who took good care of our property. Our renters have received ALL of their rental deposit back when they moved.
