I bought a used Rav 4 from Toyota of Kirkland 6 years ago. Not too bad an experience, but in the last month, they have called my home and cell phones numerous times. Sometimes several times a day. When I don't answer, they didn't leave a message. I think the sales manager must have made those poor sales guys do cold calls to try and drum up business, but I swear, I have gotten calls as late as 9:30 PM, which violates every aspect of "do not call" and good salesmanship I can think of. I have called twice to ask the calls to stop and have now had to resort to mailing a letter to Toyota corporate to get it to stop. It was unbelievable.
