The yarn is the only thing that keeps me going back. But after my last few encounters with the cold, haughty employees, my days of going there are over. It is ridiculous how rude they are to the younger customers. I am an experienced knitter, in my mid 20's, and have never felt so unwelcome and unwanted in any store before. One employee even rolled her eyes at me when I requested to exchange a skein of yarn I had purchased for another identical one of a different color! Absolutely horrific service. They have lost me as a customer, and I will be sure to spread the word that unless you are a good friend of the employees, or are an older generation (experienced knitter or not), you will be unwelcome.
