The staff was very nice, listened to all my concerns and the shampoo they used on my dog smelled fantastic. However, I did a better job on my Barbie's when I was 6 years old. My poor dog looked horrible. Right after picking her up we went on to run an errand where there were 4 other dog owners in attendance. Without me saying a word they all commented on the poor job and all felt sorry for my doggie. She is not a difficult breed to cut by any stretch of the imagination and as a mature, well trained, groom-happy dog she behaved herself yet one of her paws had not been trimmed at all and her ears were not blended. I was very disappointed and just wanted to get the heck out of the place. I will give them 2 stars for the great smelling shampoo and the price as I did not feel it was overly expensive in relation to other groomers. Realizing it is a dog grooming establishment I didn't expect the place to be spotless, however it was excessively dirty and with the 2 blow dryers going you could not hear anyone talking and fur was flying everywhere. Upon leaving I felt like I needed a bath. Considering all, I will not take my dog back.
