The golf department at the Erie Sports Store has been nothing excellent for me. Last year I was searching for a set of Wilson irons and had checked all the golf stores in Western New York and the Erie area. Only one had them, but then I found out the Erie Sports store had the irons I was looking for at the same price. I wanted a set with 4-iron through two wedges, but they only had 5-iron through three wedges. Instead of saying, ``Sorry, that's all we have'' they said they would take out whichever wedge I didn't want and would order a 4-iron and all I would have to pay for was the shipping. So I ended up with exactly what I wanted.
Also, two years ago I purchased a Wilson stand bag at the Erie Sports Store, but within a couple of months the strap began tearing. I took it back and had it replaced with no problems. The next spring one of the legs on the replacement bag broke and again it was replaced with no problems. Eventually, that bag also had issues, so I knew it was not bag to have and wanted to get a different brand. The Erie Sports Store gave me a credit on the Wilson bag, the third time I had returned one, and I purchased a Sun Mountain, which has been excellent.
With this kind of service, I'm always returning.
