Took my bike (BMC, dura-ace & FSA set up) to local "big name" outdoor shop to service my bike and got it back with more issues than I took it to them with. Went to B4L to see if they could fix and am VERY happy with the work that was done. Owner pointed out issues that the other "trained" tech missed...20+ years in the business can't be replaced by a 2 week training class!! Will go to B4L from now on...well worth the price when in need of expertise!
