Good: Children can usually be seen quickly if they are ill.. Bad: Secretaries are horrible and have been for years!!!! Late. Long lunch breaks, parents waiting outside the office to be let in with their sick children. "Losing" appointments, rude, wrong names and gender for children. Lazy. Some of the doctors are arrogant and treat parents poorly.. Improvements: Whole new secretarial staff, the mean doctors gone.
