Good: Appearance of facility.. Bad: This is without a doubt the most arrogant, cocky, egotistical, rude, demeaning staff I have ever encounted! The tall guy (do not know if he is the owner or not) with the red beard, is a MAJOR tool! This guy is unbelievable. I know this is the only range in the area and because it is, they will have plenty of business. But people should really consider going somewhere else, considering the way they treat customers. This guy was so rude, he was confrontational and antagonistic, in front of my children also.. Improvements: To see them go out of business! You just are not supposed to treat customers like I and my two adult children were treated and talked down to in front of other customers! The attitude of business' today is unbelievable. I am a 49 year man and have never been treated like I was by this @#$%^&*. I can honestly say nothing good about Calibers.. Other: It was fortunate that this all happened because I found a really nice range in Yadkinville that was very nice to thier customers. They were appreciative of my business with very good manners.
