Rented several rooms. We had kids and teens with us. We went to Halloween Horror Nights for the weekend and it was located just minutes away from Universal. The hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant. We booked a room with a king size bed and the room was spacious, and the bed was surprisingly VERY comfortable!!!! The room was large and the extra's like the fridge were nice. The bathroom was also very spacious. The room was spotless and the decor was very nice. We all could not believe this hotel was so cheap!!! Although we were told it was sold out, it was so quiet you felt there were barely any other guests. Although we didn't use the pool area, it seemed very nice. We are all going to definitely return again next year!!! Overall, for the price, you can't beat it!!!
