We purchased a Haden king firm mattress and boxspring in Nov.08,and have had nothing but trouble with it. It leaves a big hump in the middle and when you lay down the mattress leaves inpretion of over 3 to 4 inches when you are laying in it. How can a person role in bed when you cannot get over a hump. We took pictures and called the company which we were told that is natural and that they were not going to do anything about it. We still have the mattress and it is getting worse and worse. I would like to know what we can do to solve this problem. It seems that Northwest Bedding doesn't want to hear about this problem,which I have read other reports saying they have had the same problem. We paid big money for this mattress and are unsaisfied. We were one of the unfortinate that purchased a sleep number bed and they stood good when there was a mold problem which happened three years after we purchased.They came and picked it up and refunded our money.This is customer service. I would hate to see the beds in Davenport as they say they supply them with the same mattress. We purchased a bed many years ago and it was fine. We had no problem. I now say that there quality of beds have gone downhill. Any suggestions on what to do from here.
