First of all I am 79 yrs old and live alone. My kids live in Michigan and its hard knowing who you can trust these days. Well I found 1 A/C co. I feel I can trust. A couple of days ago I had this company come out and Check my A/C for me for thier $29.95 special( you know that letter they send oud to everyone) and they had sent out a very nice young man by the name of Keith. He should me everything. When most companies have came out and do this type of service they get nervous when someone like myself wants to follow them around and watch them do what they do. Not Keith. He encouraged me to watch and even participate. Now i will say this he is log winded but he just wanted to make sure I understood what everything meant. But the man knew his stuff. I later had a friend who does this type of work give me a 2nd opinion on what Keith had told me. He quoted almost verbatim what Keith had said and I never showed him the invoice that Keith had wrote. Obviously I trust my friend & now 1 other person. Keith was very thorough in his prognosis of my machine. with all of the rip-off companies out there I now know that it's not always the company, but the people they have working for them. If you want an honest A/C guy Keith is it. I found my new A/C guy and can actually trust him. So if this is the company that you choose then I would recommend that you ask for him by name. I signed up for 1 of thier maint. policys and now have piece of mind knowing that he will be the only person to ever step foot in my house. God bless you Keith & Good job!!!
