I received my prenatal care here and the doctors were great. I had to pay my deductible upfront for them to povide the service, now that my son has been born andmy deductible has applied to another claim, they are refusing to refund the funds. They have a claim they are submitting to insurance wrong so the claim will not pay and they will not release my money. I have called my insurance company and they even tried to call and no one will answer the phones now to help resolve the issue. If it were a matter of only a few dollars, it would not be a big issue, but this is almost $750 they are refusing to refund due to their incompetence in the billing department. If you have to pay anything other than your copays when you receive service here, beware because they will hold your money too.
