Good: The sales staff (Rebecca Goff and Tim Cosgrove) were fantastic! They offered me an extremely low price on a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring right from the start. When I shopped around to find a better price, I couldn't. Several other dealers warned me about Pohanka's "to good to be true price," suggesting the dealership was hiding fees. I'm so glad I didn't listen to those dealers! The super low price had absolutely ZERO hidden costs. Needless to say, I bought my Honda Pilot from Pohanka.. Bad: Pohanka Honda (Fredericksburg) does not make it a regular practice to hold vehicles for potenital buyers.. Improvements: None...everything was perfect!. Other: WOW-Their service department is open between the hours of 530AM and 1030 PM. Where I'm from, that's unheard of!.
