*They lie in big time before they start any thing saying lot but nothing in real.
*In this company they have lot of hitches getting the work as people don’t share just to save their job.
* This company follows Hire / Fire policy not officially but they project in a different way
* This company managers are the least unethical people you or me have seen (They do this in a very contradictory diplomatic Statements all the times) it’s some thing like its not good or bad but not at all good. Its like saying a simple sentence in 10 different ways so that you don’t either understand or they will confuse for ever so that you don’t poke them.
* They don’t know what is happening about the business as there is no clarity to any one. But they talk just to show that they are doing some thing
* HR is one key joker who don’t or can’t implement any thing for taking care of employees
* They say openly that if you work for 2 years that is more than enough .we have never seen any Hr saying like this….
* They make sure you leave the company before 5 years except few and they see to that you don’t be in the company for longer tenure as they can do some cost cutting on your gratuity as they don’t have to pay you.
* They have a prism policy in general. that means when they need they pay you 10 to 15 lakhs just like that but you are trapped . They fire after the transition is completed saying your expertise are not up to the expected and you are not taking initiatives and boss get the order to some how kick off the resource so that they save money.
*They hire some flocks just for showing to client that we have some dedicated resources just for only for billing.
* Some people who know in and out of this company don’t leave and this company can’t run with out them as this is a fact. They have made it like that so that only few guys stay enjoying very high salary and rest flocks join they have to make their way out.
