I discovered Frank in downtown Pittsburgh when I was just 18 years old. At 49, I am likely one of his many long-term fans. He can do any cut you want -- even from a picture in a magazine. Frank is a guy's guy. He is not at all pretentious. Just a damn good hairdresser with a nice butt and wonderful smile. My only wish is that I die before he ever retires.
