I agree with Jessica's comment. Magnum is the worst insurance ever! People that work there are rude, incompetent n ignorant. Plus they have supervisors that don't speak English. I never saw a sign outside that specified "Only Spanish speaking customers" They shouldn't post on their website that they have qualified- certified agents because they have poor customer skills. They should begin on Manners 101 followed by ENGLISH classes.
