I'm not surprised to hear all of the negative reviews. I experienced early on difficulties with consigning, and can say that out of three batches of items that would have likely consigned at a net $1000, I received about $80 and then no more, even though I complied and provided postage-paid envelopes. Those envelopes are still there. I think the new owners have done a fabulous job of reopening the store, cleaning it up, and began this very humbly and grateful, unblemished because success was only a potential. I think I saw early on the success and greed and what would become of this. I'm not at all surprised and I don't go there anymore. C'est la vie.
