I have had some very disappointing trips back and forth to dealerships, all with the same outcome, negative. My credit is not good, but not horrible and I needed a car. I called Sherman Dodge because of an ad in the paper I saw, I spoke with a customer service rep. named Steve, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He set me up with an appointment with the VIP manager, Mike Kuhn, when I got there I can not believe how quickly everything was expedited. They did not tell me a bunch of lies and I drove home in my Dodge Caliber. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your car needs, and I will be back for my next car as well.
