Ask them to remove a broken guitar cable tip stuck in one the input jack of my USB recording device. After they removed it, the input jack no longer record or receive any signal. I think when they open it up, they accidentally disconnected something. Brought the device back, they immediately denied servicing the unit, but willing to take look at it. Two weeks later, I went to see what the problem was, and they told me they couldn't find any problem, so they didn't do anything to the device, but still charge me $60 for doing absolutely nothing. They have limited selection of instruments. Guitar Center has far more selections. more
