I just wanted to take a minute to express my thanks for the best service I've received from a local business. This past Saturday my kitchen sink backed up and despite my attempts to remedy the situation the true professionals were able to come to the rescue. My phone call was answered immediately by a courteous employee and she dispatched help in what seemed like seconds.
When Gilbert came to the front door he introduced himself, listened to my assessment of the problem and then most professionally explained what were the probable causes and the best most efficient way to get a solution. That man deserves kudo's for not wasting any time at all to make me understand the plumbing of my 50-year-old house and the best way to take care of my investment for another 50 years.
Gilbert represents Bill Howe Plumbing in a manner that all bosses would be proud of. He is what is right with the American workforce. Thank you Gilbert for getting the job done in less time than was quoted and under budget. Good job and I will recommend Bill Howe Plumbing to everyone.
